Where has all the time gone? The first week of August just flew by!
The entire last week has been amazing for me, especially in the fitness department. I’ve been killing it with my workouts all week in quantity and in quality. I’ll write more about that in another post, but for now, this blog post is about all the “carbo-loading” I did last Sunday 😂 that may have played a part in fueling for my bomb-ass week of workouts.

She loves biscotti! They are dog-friendly, but we still don’t give her too many. 😉
I’ll be honest, my mom made these biscotti’s herself. This time, I had little part in the making of these except for photographing and eating… 🙈
Even though my mom made a big tray of biscotti’s last Sunday, they were all practically gone in a week, and so, this Sunday, my mom doubled the batch, and made two logs of biscotti.
It’s now been a week since she made the biscotti, and we actually still have a huge tupperware full of biscotti! Nice.
Good thing is that these biscotti’s last a very long time in the pantry without refrigeration.
WHO THINKS I SHOULD SELL THESE?!? Why need to when I give y’all the recipe… lol. 🙈 😭
