What’s your approach to romance?
Are you sexy and serious like heart beet brownies?
Or playful and cute like these sweet heart blondies?
Like the beet brownies, these blondies are chewy and rich, but without the chocolate, they are hot pink.
While recipe testing the first time, I was SO EXCITED over the blondies’ color! I wasn’t sure if the fuchsia pink would bake away, so I was pretty darn happy with the way these turned out. And then, I bit into one…
Takes me back to simpler times when love was just middle school crushes and secret admirers.
Enjoy these heart-healthy sweet hearts with your sweet heart! 😉
